Committed to meeting our social obligations even more effectively, our company became a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) on 1st January 2008. The BSCI was founded in March 2003 by the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) and today comprises more than 700 retailers, importers and brand manufacturers.
A major advantage of the BSCI is its common monitoring and qualification system for the sustainable improvement of working conditions in the global supply chain. When we joined the BSCI, we replaced our own code of conduct with the BSCI code of conduct.
